Pastor Tom Klaserner was born and raised in Tuscarawas county.  He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Akron and a Doctor of Chiropractic from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois.  He practiced as a chiropractor for twelve years in Dennison, Ohio.

In 1981 he received Jesus Christ as his savior and in 1989 he obeyed the call of God to the ministry.

From 1990 to 2004 he worked in Toronto, Ohio to establish a church which is named Cornerstone Church.  In 2004 he was transferred to Uhrichsville Christian Fellowship.  He is a bishop in the council of churches of Christian Life Mission/Iglesia Nuevo Testamento.

He and his wife, Julie have three sons, Jeremy, Abram and Kyle who are all married.  They have a total of nine grandchildren.

His heart for UCF is to make disciples who have a heart to make disciples.
